Jessica Gibson, former nanny to the Lowes, is now saying that she never signed a confidentiality agreement, leaving her to say whatever she wants about her ex-employer. TMZ is reporting that last February 25, Jessica sent an email saying "I need a copy of my confidentiality contract."
